Woodstock Selects New Chief Financial Officer Ronald Shelby was recently selected to be the City of Woodstocks new CFO. Shelby previously worked for nine years at the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University and for 11 years in Galveston County, Texas, as director of finance and administration, budget officer, and investment officer.Since 2011, hes been training CFOs across the state of Georgia, so he brings a world of experience to the position. Were excited about Ron joining us, City Manager Jeff Moon said.As CFO, Shelby will establish and administer the citys financial operations in areas including grant fund management, cash management, financial and budget report preparations, accounting payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
