Sheriff Frank Reynolds Charity Success and Legion of Merit Award The 2020 Hawks Ridge Charity Golf Tournament, a fundraising event for Sheriff Frank Reynolds Charities, recently raised $10,000 for the Anna Crawford Children’s Center, $3,000 for The Children’s Haven, and $1,500 for Goshen Valley.
