Dominium

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment development and management company, recently announced that it has acquired Woodstocks Riverstock Apartments, a 172-unit affordable housing community.

Dominium is planning to complete a renovation of the property, which will take place later this year. Unit improvements will include kitchen cabinet improvements, new countertops, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, bathroom vanities and mirrors as well as new window blinds. Appliances and flooring will be replaced on an as-needed basis. There will also be upgrades to the clubhouse and leasing office.

The exterior improvements will include new, 30-year roofs and paint as well as a variety of functional and aesthetic upgrades and replacements.

Riverstock Apartments is a great opportunity for Dominium to expand its growing presence in Georgia, said Dominium development associate Pete Nelson. The acquisition and upcoming renovations will help to preserve affordable housing in the Woodstock area for years to come.

Riverstock Apartments were originally built in 2001.
