The Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce Education Committee presented the 2015 Excellence in Partners In Education (PIE) Awards. The awards were given in four categories including elementary school partnering with a small business, elementary school partnering with a medium or large business, middle/high school partnering with a small business and middle/high school partnering with a medium/large business. All nominees and nominating schools received a certificate honoring their partnership. The four winning businesses received a congratulatory plaque to recognize them for being an outstanding Partner in Education.
