At this State of Georgia BBQ Association Professional BBQ Competition, professional BBQ pitmasters compete for $12K in prize monies and trophies for the winners of the Best Pork Ribs, Loin, and Butt competitions. There is also an amateur pitmaster competition for trophies and bragging rights in Cherokee County as well as food, music, beverages, and fun. All proceeds support veteran mental health programs.
