Homeless Veteran Candlelight Vigil
Tweet
Over 40,000 homeless veterans are living on the streets in America today, many with untreated mental health issues. December 21 is the longest night of the year, so it’s the longest night that homeless vets will spend out in the cold. This event is to raise awareness for those men and women.
Sundown (approximately 5:30pm), Cherokee Veterans Park, 7345 Cumming Highway, Canton. 678-983-7590.
