Two Grace Classical Academy students recently scored gold medals, placing first at the 2016 National History Day competition in Washington D.C. Mercy Koehler, age 15, and Devin Snyder, age 16, teamed up to write and perform a play on Mary Musgrove (17001767), a biracial, Creek Indian Princess. Koehler and Snyder placed first nationally in the Senior Performance Category on National History Day at the University of Maryland near Washington D.C.
