CCWSA Drinking Water Art Contest Cherokee County Water and Sewerage Authority (CCWSA) is proud to announce the winners of the Drinking Water Week coloring contest. Students from all over Cherokee County submitted more than 750 entries, which made it difficult to choose the best entry from each grade. Winners received a $10 ice cream gift card.
