Independence High School students Parker Allen and Guadalupe Soberanis have been selected as recipients of the Rotary Youth Leadership Award from the Rotary Club of Alpharetta. As part of the award, the Alpharetta Rotary paid for all expenses for Parker and Guadalupe to attend the RYLA conference, held June 15-18 at Georgia Southwestern State University in Americus, Ga.
