Kimberly Kasmer van Beuren, D.V.M. began working as a kennel technician before becoming a veterinary nurse for ten years. Then, in 1995, she graduated from the University of Florida and immediately pursued specialized surgical training with an intent to become a boarded surgeon. Her love for animal rescue and surgery then led to years of work as a spay-neuter surgeon and shelter veterinarian. She built two successful veterinary practices in Florida before coming to Georgia.
